Notes folder name hardcoded

Seems from the files/Note in https://github.com/owncloud/notes/blob/master/lib/notes.php that the Notes folder name is hardcoded. cc @caco3

Rather it should probably be a language-dependent variable much like for Pictures and Music. cc @butonic

I agree that a language dependent name would be nicer.
How ever I see some issues with this:

1. Does ever notes app support a user defined name? (khtNotes got this added in a recent version)
2. There is a risk that a language (i.e. non-western languages like Chinese) uses characters which might not be supported by the file system or a notes client (i.e. also special characters like äöü,...).

Does Owncloud support hidden folders and symbolic links?
Then we could use the English name for the sync clients but the Owncloud file browser uses the language dependent name.

Hm, @Raydiation and I discussed this again and it seems better for now to just have »Notes« hardcoded. That already is a bit shitty because the Notes will vanish if the folder is renamed. But if we additionally make it language-dependent then the issues you (@caco3) mention arise, including lots of other crap which we don’t really want.

I just figured out some other reasons not to make it UI language depending:
What if the user changes the language? Then the folder would need to be renamed. This would cause a client to not work any more.
Also: The CalDAV and CardDAV links are all in english, independent of the UI language. We should keep a standard there.

Yeah, I meant to also say that – if you change the language then the folder has to be renamed (which will probably cause some kind of conflict) and then kept track of. And any local notes app would need to be rewired. So, not a good idea. :)

Sorry to comment on an old issue, but I just wanted others to know how to make the folder language dependant. I do understand the problems it might cause when the folder is renamed or removed, but for all Googlers and DuckDuckGo-ers, here is a solution:

Find and replace the following value in apps/notes/service/noteservice.php:
'/files/Notes'
with
'/files/' . $this->l10n->t('Notes')

This will search for a folder with the translated name of the app. So for German it searches for the root folder Notizen, for Spanish Notas and so forth. Really helps me on our family private cloud. Pity to need an English named folder in a foreign language.

Besides, it does work on the iOS app CloudNotes.

This might however change when #69 gets solved 😄
