• Cosmos process type (type = "cosmos") for managing Cosmos SDK blockchain nodes
• Relay-until-synced: start as relay, auto-enable validator key once synced (prevents jailing)
• Upgrade halt detection: detects UPGRADE NEEDED messages, suppresses auto-restart, sends alerts
