Distance comparisons

Add ability to do distance comparisons on strings.

distance comparisons could include:

• levenshtein
• hamming
• levenshtein-damerau
• jaro-winkler

Consider using Wuzzy. But confirm Wuzzy behaves properly. Wuzzy's Levenshtein function returns a float. algorithm says it should be an int.

1. need to be able to turn on/off diacritics as part of measurement
2. need to turn on/off casing as measurement
3. Might be useful to have functions which could return both
4. Add ability to then "distancify" a whole set of strings at once

So if using Distance measurements on n-grams, the sizes will always be the same. So we could use just use the Hamming Distance

We would only need damerau-levenshtein for words.
