Fixed
A session's compose file is no longer kept in /tmp.aidc create renders it to ~/.local/state/aidc/sessions/<name>.yaml (mode 0600, in a 0700 directory), where a reboot
or a disk cleanup cannot take it. aidc upgrade, aidc network and aidc kill read it from
there for the session's whole life. Before, they read /tmp/aidc-<name>.yaml, and once that
was gone upgrade refused and the only way forward was kill + create.
A session made by an earlier aidc whose /tmp copy still exists has it moved into place the
first time upgrade or network reads it. A session whose copy is already gone
still has to be recreated, and aidc upgrade now says so, naming both places it looked.
A session created through aidc-mcp (session_create) wrote the file inside the server
container's own /tmp, so the host never had it and could not upgrade that session at all.
It now lands in the host path, owned by the operator.
aidc kill on a session whose containers are already gone removes its leftover compose
file, which carries the session's secrets.
A session created through aidc-mcp now has its audit files (the config snapshot, meta.json, the Claude state seed) handed to the operator. They were left owned by root:
the ownership fix was given the path inside the server container, which it could not map.
Going back to v1.9.8 or earlier: those versions look only in /tmp, so copy each ~/.local/state/aidc/sessions/<name>.yaml to /tmp/aidc-<name>.yaml first.
