v0.2.0 - per-situation sound and popup text

What's new

• Per-situation sound and popup text. Nine situations (five turn ends, three waits, the still-waiting reminder) each pick their own sound and their own notification text.
• Saved popup texts. Up to three named texts per situation, stored in %LOCALAPPDATA%\dsh-notify\templates\templates.json and edited inline (name / title / body, live preview, placeholder insert with explanations, confirmed deletes). A customized global title/body pair from the previous release is migrated automatically.
• New settings layout. Three cards: desktop notifications, the situation switches, and notification setup — with a per-row Preview that uses the real text and sound.
• Test notification sits directly under the master switch; the template editor and numbers use the code font, everything else follows the DSH theme font.

Upgrade

Existing settings migrate on first read: the four sound groups become per-situation choices, and an old customized template pair becomes saved texts.

Verified

DSH desktop 0.2.1-rc.3: plugin loading, projection delivery, host toast / sound / silence / text-template routes, the settings previews, test notification and cache clearing, and a save → disk → delete round-trip with Chinese content.

Version gate, plugin loading, session-projection delivery, host toast / sound / silence routes, dsh://open focus and a real Windows toast all pass.

No runtime code changes: this release refreshes the compatibility statement (README / CHANGELOG / acceptance note) and publishes those docs to npm.
