What's Changed

  • Implement "Dumb ER Logic Mode" by @SunCatMC
    • This mode basically says "You have access to every map. What still requires stuff like Cut or specific items?"
  • Partly update layout from black to gray to embrace my gray era
  • Added a 2nd 1:1-Encounter-Entry to Pokémon Mansion Basement for version discrepancy
  • Fix Victory Road 2F actually only having 8 Pokémon in 1:1 Mode
  • Fix Route 13 Encounter Logic
  • Fix Route 23 Access Logic when coming from above
  • Properly reset HM Usage conditions
