Added

• Sketch — a drawing surface with a pen, eight shapes, an eraser, a
  stroke-width slider, colour swatches with a custom-colour picker, undo and a
  confirm button that returns the drawing as SVG. Sketch.Sheet presents it in
  a solid platform sheet; Sketch on its own fills a screen. The eraser rubs
  out only what it passes over, rather than deleting whole strokes, and
  toSVG() exports exactly what is on screen.
• BottomSheet — on iOS, the native sheet now honours dismissible={false}
  by refusing the drag, and showGrabber={false} by hiding the platform's
  grabber. Both were ignored by the native sheet before. A sheet whose content
  takes drags needs both, or a downward stroke moves the sheet.

Changed

• Panelside is out of alpha. The search button and the account control
  only call onPress; what they open is up to your app. The example app's
  search page and account sheet are gone, and the docs show how to wire each
  one to your own route, sheet or menu.

Fixed

• BottomSheet — everything inside BottomSheet.Body disappeared when the
  sheet was size="auto". The body asked to fill a sheet that had no height of
  its own, so it came out zero points tall. In an auto sheet the body now takes
  its content's height and scrolls once the sheet reaches the top of the
  screen. Reported by @yashDahiwale in #226.
