AvatarCropper (suggested by @Cyberistic in #240) — the photo can be zoomed out smaller than the outline. Until now it always
had to cover the outline, which left no way to keep the whole of a wide photo, or a logo with
margins, in a round avatar.
cover (default true) keeps the old behaviour. Set it to false to let the photo shrink.
minZoom (default 0.5) is how small it can get: its long side as a fraction of the
outline's width.
background fills the space around a smaller photo, on screen and in the image crop()
writes. It takes any colour or 'transparent', which is written as PNG, and defaults to the
theme's background colour.
A crop with background in it needs the optional react-native-view-shot, because the image
manipulator cannot pad an image on a phone. It is captured at the outline's on-screen
resolution. A crop that is all photo still cuts the photo's own pixels.
