• Taps right after an overlay closes. After a BottomSheet, Dialog, Popover, DatePicker or
  Select closed, the first tap on the screen behind it did nothing, so reopening one straight
  away took two or three taps. Each overlay stays on screen for a moment after it closes, to
  animate out, and in that moment it still took touches. It now lets them through as soon as it
  starts to leave, including a sheet swiped away, which used to count as open until the swipe
  landed. ImageViewer had the same problem while the picture flew back, and is fixed too.
