• src/host-compat.js 的 TESTED_HOSTS 现在是 ['0.2.1-rc.3', '0.2.1-rc.5', '0.2.2-rc.1']，npm run doctor 的
  host app 一行显示 host 0.2.2-rc.1 (tested)，设置卡与 onboarding 的宿主提示同步变绿。
• 复核依据：doctor 14 项 0 problem；设置卡九个页签与左侧栏「微信BOT」入口都在（座位名、加载器、dsh.client 字段未变）；
  当天 journal 有带 messageId 的 delivery: "accepted" 出站记录 —— 收发、allowlist、agent 桥与 1.5.11 新增的投递字段
  都在这台宿主上真实工作。详见 docs/compatibility.md。

修：describeHost() 把已知版本说成 unknown

旧实现里未知分支用 typeof version !== 'string' 判断，而诊断路径传的是 hostStatus() 的结果对象，于是明明从 plist 读到了
0.2.2-rc.1，doctor 照样打印 host version unknown。现在两个分支读同一个归一化后的版本值；不含数字的字符串
（onboarding 自己就写 'unknown'）也归为未知，不会再输出 host unknown is not in the tested list。

compatibilityMarkdown(pluginVersion, notes) 新增可选的按宿主说明，新加的宿主只能拿到自己那一行的文案。

回复发出去没有，现在查得到；过期不再冤枉新登录的账号（issue #13 / #12）

• 出站日志以前只证明「生成了文本」：sendChunked() 在 channel.sendText() 之前就写了 out 行，所以
  「日志里有 out，微信里没有」永远解释不通。现在 journal 分两步写：先写 phase: "sending" 的暂定行，发送有结果后
  再写一条 phase: "settled" 的结果行（带 delivery、messageId、clientId），读日志时按同会话、at 不早于合并回一行。
  设置卡「消息流水」那一行会显示发送中 / 服务端已接收 #xxxxxxxx / 服务端接收但没回执号 / 发送失败 / 已排队重试。
• ret=0 不等于对方收到了：sendMessage 正常返回里没有 message_id（vendor api/api.js 也不取），所以
  传输层的 send() 现在把响应交给新增的 sendOutcome() 判定：有 id 记 accepted，ret=0 但无 id 记 unconfirmed，
  并把本插件生成的 client_id 一起写进 journal —— 那是对照手机的唯一把手。
• 过期标志按账号记：markSessionExpired() / clearSessionExpired() 带上账号 id，status() 的每个账号各有
  自己的 sessionExpired，重新扫码只清掉本次登录那个账号的过期；设置卡的过期提示与账号行上的「登录过期」小标签
  指名是哪个账号，不再让一个新登录的 bot 背上旧轮询留下的过期。
• 群聊的能力边界写清楚了（issue #12）：groupChatEnabled 只决定「收到群消息之后怎么处理」，机器人能不能进群、
  进群能不能被 @，是微信/iLink 对这个机器人的准入，插件不能也不会绕过；「桌面微信 + Computer Use 桥接」评估后不做。
  README 中英、「群聊」配置项提示与架构文档的已知缺口同步更新。
