EdibleDLP 0.0-241214

From this version, You need to download lang.ini to work at all!

lang.ini contains English/Japanese language file! You need to put lang.ini to same folder that contains EdibleDLP.ahk/EdibleDLP.exe.

There's no bugfix in this build.
