Save layout GCS does not work

I'd expect the save layout feature of GCS saves the sizes of the groupbox frames etc, but it does not. (Don't know what it does save, so if it does save something this is not clear to the user).

I suggest that saving the layout should be done automatically. GCS is restarted regularly, so better make the process painless.

Currently, it saves the size of the complete window and the papgets (http://wiki.paparazziuav.org/wiki/GCS#Papgets) that have been dynamically added or updated during the session. At least we could also save the size of the groupbox frames...
