Bugs fixed:
1. suggest next-post crash on fresh DB — tracker now ensures tables
   exist on open (CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS)
2. Better 403 error: detects oauth1-permissions and tells user to
   regenerate Access Token with exact steps
3. Pre-flight no longer penalizes short questions — questions drive
   27x engagement, shouldn't be punished for brevity
4. Questions now get +5 base score boost (was 0 unless goal=replies)

New: config guide command
- xmaster config guide — step-by-step setup with current 2026 URLs
- 7 steps: create dev account, create app, set permissions, generate
  tokens, configure xmaster, verify, optional xAI key
- Warns about the #1 gotcha: tokens generated before enabling
  Read+Write are read-only even after changing permissions
- JSON + table output for agent and human use
