v1.2.4 — Add 'xmaster read' command for full post lookup

New command: xmaster read <id_or_url>
Returns everything about a post in one call: author, full text, date,
likes, retweets, replies, impressions, bookmarks, and media URLs.

Previously required 2-3 separate commands (metrics + search + replies).
Now the agent can read any X post with a single command.
