[RFC] Advanced search editor UI. Does anyone want this?

Dear pngx users, I have already spent [too much] time working on this, so before I keep going down the rabbit hole, Im genuinely curious if anyone wants this: a UI for editing / creating advanced search queries. Its sort of like gmail's filter editor. In the end, it spits out an advanced search but the idea is remove some of the needed knowledge of paperless' query language.

Notes:

• The UX itself is not final, in fact I kinda dont like it but its enough to talk about the feature generally.
• It wouldnt support 100% of possible queries, but I suspect most.

I cant promise I'll ever finish it or it'll make it into paperless but Im not aware of any FR, so maybe just not a real need, hence the question. welcome any thoughts or just "yes I want this" / 👍.

This is awesome! I haven’t really used advanced search at all, mainly because I manage to find everything in a reasonable time without it, but I have thought about using it for some repeated special searches, just never could be bothered to learn the query language. You’d would be awesome!
