Remove the git dependencies from package.json

I would like to ask you to change the two dependencies from package.json that depend on a Github repo. These are
Adler32cs
Filesaver.js

The reason I must ask you to remove the git link and change it to a particular version is that for some of us working inside restrained environments (some firms or industries). We cannot just allow the fetch of any dependency from github. Hence if its a Github link its blocked. If you change it to a version it would go through the normal checks and be approved.

I also do not see a downside under normal circumstances arising through this change.
