What happened this night with v1.5.0 #2169

Dear Fellas,
first of all I apologize for the inconvenience.
Today at about 1 a.m. german time, I wanted to prepare a draft for the next release. I was thinking of saving the next release as a draft, but i misclicked and released the master branch, which was still having 1.4.2 distribution files. After about 5 minutes later I realized, what I did and so I somehow deleted the release, but was worried, that now maybe some automation started to publish the files. So I felt forced to release a real v1.5.0. So I did.
Actually I wanted to prepare it to expedite the release for @MrRio. And I wanted to talk with James about the release plan. Especially I wanted the v.1.5.0 to be a non-stable release and release after few days, when first issues would be reported and fixed to release a stable v1.5.1 and have good new year 2019 with a more stable and extended jsPDF.
I think, that you we (esp. MrRio) will fix everything tonight. So that we have tomorrow a good release, which can be loaded via npm.
