fromHTML isn't showing <img> (even in the demo local and web)

I know that the HTML-renderer is one of those early stage beta features. It looks perfectly to fit my needs in a current project.
Now I recognized, that even in the demo there is everything rendered nicely except of the image (google maps picture).
Is this a known issue in one of the newer releases or am I doing something wrong? (FF24ESR, latest Chrome...)

That is a known issue which is on my TODO to be fixed before the next release version. So, unless i'm missing something and/or if i'm not mistaken, version v1.0.178 shouldn't have that problem.

I'm afraid that will need some deep debug since i have no idea what of the latest commits introduced this bug.

perhaps the grayscale support did it, if someone would like to fix it please go ahead :)

I tested the demo in every release. None of those seem to work for me :(

Are you sure the browser cache wasn't serving the same initial version? I've only noticed that problem with the map image on latest builds.

Yes, im pretty sure. I refreshed with Ctrl+F5 and saved into different Files.

Mhh... it seems to work with my internet explorer...very strange.

Are you serving from http://localhost/ or file:/// ?

Could be security restrictions.

I tried both. I started up a virtual machine... the online version still showed no image, but the local 1.0.150 worked well on FF29 on Linux. If this is somehow a caching problem... how can I make sure, to always generate from the right version of the script? (PS: the version online in ...examples/basic.html is the current master and therefore does not work - 1.0.178 should?)
