Added a new interactive command to reset user passwords from the command line:

php artisan pp:reset-password

Features:
Interactive email and password prompts
Validates user existence before requesting password

Command Standardization
All custom Artisan commands now use the pp: prefix for consistency:
pp:reset-password - Reset user password
pp:create-admin - Create admin user
pp:monitors-check - Run monitor checks
pp:prune - Prune old data

UI Improvements
Login Page: Removed "Forgot password?" link (non-functional)
Frontend Build: Enabled yarn install and build in production installation script
