Improve codebase

Add optional --with-demo flag to pp:create-admin command

• Demo data seeding now controllable via flag
• install.sh includes demo monitors by default
• Umami analytics tracking for demo site
• Analytics automatically removed during production installations
• Default values for all interactive prompts (better UX)
• Admin email used as default for SSL certificate email

Bug Fixes:

• Fix Laravel 419 CSRF errors after SSL installation
• Fix admin users not seeing all resources (monitors, SSL, playbooks, etc.)
• Clear cache after SSL configuration
• Remove SESSION_DRIVER override to use Laravel defaults
• Improved demo credentials removal

Authorization Improvements:

• Admin users now see all monitors, SSL certificates, playbooks, alert rules, and escalation policies
• Regular users see only team-assigned monitors
• Proper role hierarchy: Admin > Team Member > Individual User

UX Improvements:

• Consolidated admin email question with domain setup
• All prompts now have sensible defaults
• Streamlined configuration flow
• Better error handling and cache management
• Clean production installations without demo data (when using command directly)

Installation:

• Production installations automatically clean analytics
• Demo credentials removed from login page
• Optimized cache clearing and rebuilding
• Flexible demo data seeding with --with-demo flag
