• drupal_kit.config_applier service (Drupal\drupal_kit\Services\ConfigApplier) and drush kit:config-apply command — creates, and optionally updates, an explicit list of config objects through the entity/config API, in dependency order. Never touches config outside the given list and never deletes anything. Create-only by default; --update opts a name into changing, with an optional --expect-hash guard against overwriting a production UI edit. --dry-run prints the plan without changing anything. Supports the hook_post_update_NAME() pattern documented in the README, so new config (e.g. a paragraph type and its fields) ships through drush updb on deploy — the supported alternative to drush config:import on stacks that never run a full config import.
