• drush kit:config-apply is found by Drush 13 (#162) — the command never appeared in drush list, although the drupal_kit.config_applier service worked. Two causes. ConfigApplierCommands sat in src/Commands, and Drush 12 and later discover a module's commands only in src/Drush/Commands. Drush 13 also builds a command through a static create() method, and the class had none. Checked on Drush 13.8; AutowireTrait needs Drush 12.5 or later. The class moved to src/Drush/Commands (namespace Drupal\drupal_kit\Drush\Commands) and uses Drush's AutowireTrait with the service named by #[Autowire]. New unit tests ask Drush's own PSR-4 discovery for the class, build it through create(), and fail when a class that extends DrushCommands sits outside src/Drush/Commands. The class is not public API (RELEASING.md § Public API surface); the command name, options and output are unchanged. Also fixed a docblock that named a --show-hash option that does not exist.
