• $options_pages entries take menu_title, the label in the admin menu and
  the admin-bar node. page_title stays the page heading. Omitted, both use
  page_title as before. When a top-level entry declares a different
  menu_title, the first submenu entry that WordPress adds for it takes the
  page title, so a parent with sub-pages no longer lists its own menu title
  as its first entry.
• $options_pages entries take collapsed (default off). That page opens
  with every field group box collapsed, on every load, and ignores the
  user's stored state.
• $acf_options_page_box_state (default off) keeps each user's collapsed
  boxes and box order on ACF options pages. ACF renders every options page on
  the screen acf_options_page, and WordPress saves the state under the
  page's own screen, so the state was lost on every load. Measured in a
  downstream project: a toggle and a drag both came back reset after a
  reload, and both persisted with the flag on. Off by default, because every
  box a user once collapsed renders collapsed again when it is switched on.
