v1.63.1
What's Changed
Fixed
- The duplicate security header warning behind
$warn_duplicate_security_headers
never found a duplicate. It asked the response headers object for
getValues(). On WordPress that object is a
WpOrg\Requests\Utility\CaseInsensitiveDictionary, anArrayAccesswith no
such method, so the check ended as "could not verify" on every site. It now
reads the headers throughArrayAccess. A header sent on several lines
(an array) counts, and so does a value repeated inside one folded line
(SAMEORIGIN, SAMEORIGIN, which Apache produces). A comma list of different
tokens, such as aReferrer-Policyfallback list, is not a duplicate. Two
sources that send different values in one folded line are still not caught.
A site with$security_headerson may now see a warning that was silent
before.
