• $seo_not_found_title (default true, approved exception to the default-off rule). On a 404, Timber's context calls
  wp_title( ' ' ) before the head renders, and an SEO plugin that has no 404
  title format and caches the first title it sees prints core's padded
  Page not found with no site name. Measured on every live site of a
  downstream fleet running that combination; a site on a plugin that writes
  its own 404 title was unaffected. With the flag on, Seo\NotFoundTitle
  hands a whitespace-padded 404 title back to core, which builds
  Page not found - <site name>. Only on a 404, and only for a title with
  whitespace at either end. Set false to keep the plugin's title.
