• $wpforms_local_captcha_off (default true, approved exception to the
  default-off rule). A CAPTCHA key is bound to the production domain, so on a
  local install the WPForms widget cannot pass and its script from the
  provider's domain fails a local screenshot run that allows only local
  requests. With the flag on, WPFormsConfigBridge reads captcha-provider
  as none when wp_get_environment_type() is local. WPForms then prints
  no widget, loads no script and skips the server check; the database keeps
  its settings. A non-empty WPFORMS_CAPTCHA_PROVIDER always wins, and staging
  and production are not touched. The WPForms admin notice lists the override
  as WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE=local. Set false to keep the saved provider.
