feat(light-apps): Add in-page WasmProvider in provider list

To make CRA work with WASM, we need to customize it unfortunately. Using craco like on fether.

TODO:

• Change provider to in-tab WASM one
• Stop in-tab WASM light client if we're not using it.
• Wait for fix(context): Reset context parameters when we change provider Nomidot#303

looks like CRA doesn't support WASM. I'll have a look at rewired
