Inside the disk guard the git tier plans branches and worktrees only and fits its deadline, so a scheduled pass under load reaches its removals. The companion plugin observatory-log is unchanged.

    0.24.3 pass it planned 116 actions and reached none — its listing of what processes hold and a walk for build
    output (some 18,000 directories) took its whole share. The guard's own build-output class already covers that
    walk, so the guard asks for --git-only; the listing is bounded by the deadline; the result names
    plan_seconds.
