Register an Oh My Pi usage provider alongside the Command Code models, so OMP reports the account's 5-hour and weekly usage windows, credits remaining and used against the billing-period pool, and the current plan wherever it reads provider usage. The report is built from the same alpha endpoints and credentials /commandcode-quota uses rather than a second fetch, and sections the API does not report are listed as unavailable instead of being displayed as zero usage. pi has no usage field and ignores it (#120).
Apply DeepSeek V4 weekday peak pricing to estimated request costs from 01:00–04:00 and 06:00–10:00 UTC, while keeping weekends off-peak and using the same request-time rate selection on the native Provider API and legacy generate transports (#122).
