A snippet that opens with a game event can take a line above it. An option body of "game event
and a jump" had no way in: typing with the game event (or the whole bubble) selected fell through
to the editor's default, which replaced the selection with the letter, so the game event, or the
bubble, vanished. Now a keystroke over a selected game event inserts a line above it and carries on
into that line (the cast list for a dialogue line, the text for prose), a keystroke over a selected
bubble seeds its first line the same way, Enter on a selected game event adds a line below it, and
a bubble that opens with a game event shows a slim "+" strip on its top edge for the mouse. A
keystroke over any other selected node (a choice, an option) no longer deletes it.
