Publish Bundle pins every Game ID that still follows its name. A scene or block address comes from
its name until you pin one, so renaming a scene after the game started using it moved the name the game
calls. The first time a scene or block is published, its address is written down as it is, and a later
rename leaves it alone; the toast says how many were pinned. New scenes still follow their name until
they are published, so a scene can be called "New Scene" while you decide. Auto Rebuild, the live bundle
push and patter export never pin. Storyletter does the same for its cards, decks, hands and boxes, so a
card and the scene named after it stay paired.

Replace no longer loses its change in the scene you have open. The open scene kept its old text after
a project-wide Replace, and the next edit to it saved the old text back over the replacement. It now
reloads with the replaced text.
