Patterpad 0.23.0

Added

• Two worked examples ship inside Patterpad: the Interactive Tour, and The Night Ferry, a new short story (one crossing of a dark river, in conversation with the ferryman). The welcome screen shows them as tiles under Learn from a finished project, New Project offers them as its second shelf, and Help ▸ Open an Example, first in Help, reaches them from inside a project. Each opens as your own copy, in a folder you choose, as Storyletter's examples do. The welcome's link to the download page for the Tour is gone, since the Tour is now in the app.
