Rename a quality's stage in place. Click a stage's name on its chip to rename it. Every condition and
effect that names the stage follows, across the project (or within the scene, for a scene property), and so
does the default. A condition that uses the same word for another quality is left as it was.
Reordering stages says what it changes. Moving a stage changes what every "at this stage or past it"
condition means, though no value moves, so the stages now say how many conditions order that quality.
A quality's declaration is checked by the family's shared rule, so Patterpad and Storyletter agree about
it: at least two stages, none empty, none twice, and a default on the ladder. The messages are as before.
