  • Add a strict Airflow init-fetch registry credential source that projects one
    reader-only Airflow Connection from a Kubernetes Secret to the init container
    without exposing credential values to the base container, plans, logs, XCom,
    or evidence. Existing workload-identity deployments remain unchanged.
