github-agent 1.2.2
Publication is now driven by the release event: publishing this release uploads the tag to PyPI
(release: types: [published]), with the manual dispatch kept as an escape hatch and
skip-existing: true so a re-run is a no-op.

Changes
Changed
- Publication is event-driven: publishing a GitHub release uploads that tag to PyPI
(release: types: [published]). The manualworkflow_dispatchpath stays as an escape hatch and
still requires thepublishconfirmation word.skip-existing: truemakes a re-run of an
already published version a no-op instead of a red job. docs/PACKAGING.mddocuments both authentication paths and the exact command sequence for a
release, so the next release needs no repository archaeology.
