Introducing scrollable-cli

A minimalist package for handling scrollable areas in the terminal.

This version includes:

• A fluent API to create a scrollable area
• Vertical scrolling
• Set starting position (optional)
• Set size (optional)
• Clear the area at any time
• Support for ANSI codes and word wrap configuration thanks to wrap-ansi
• Ready to use with keypress events, but not bound to them.
