Reset the phase to draft after pushing to try to allow further editing. This is required until Mozilla updates to Mercurial 2.1 on its servers, as described on https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/TryServer#Disable_hg_phases_with_a_post-push_hook
This has been tested with Mercurial 1.9.3 and 2.1.
PS: The commit message got somehow cut after the first line, you can see that I'm not too familiar with git and github, I hope it's okay anyway.
