Added

  • scannable-docs skill: formatting rules for technical and reference writing, adapted from the Technical Documentation Principles gist, with before/after pairs in references/examples.md
  • scannable-docs/scripts/scannable_check.py: report-only checker for bold-label bullets, pseudo-headings, non-left-aligned tables, skipped heading levels, lists without a blank line, emoji, and banned jargon

Changed

  • session-wrapup: next chronicle entry number is the max across all chronicle files, and duplicate numbers must be fixed before appending
  • README restyled with scannable-docs; now documents pickup's upstream currency check, the uninitialized-project guard, and scannable-docs usage
