Tested on GIMP 2.10.22(Windows)
Place the .py file in the following directory.
"C:\Users[USER]\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.xx\plug-ins"
Start GIMP, it will appear in the menu bar.
Convert XCF image to JPG image.
Convert XCF image to PNG image.
