What's New

Two new commands that close the Architect-Executor triangulation loop:

tocket diff — Payload Verification

Compare what the payload requested against what actually changed in git.

tocket diff                    # uses .tocket/last-payload.xml
tocket diff path/to/payload.xml
tocket diff --json             # JSON output
tocket diff --since HEAD~3     # diff against specific ref

Shows: matched files, missing files, extra/unexpected files, done criteria checklist, validation checks.

tocket handoff — Session Context Transfer

Generate a clipboard-ready summary for pasting into a new agent conversation.

tocket handoff                 # copies to clipboard
tocket handoff --to stdout     # print to terminal
tocket handoff --commits 10    # include more commits
tocket handoff --since 1d      # files modified in last day

Other Changes

• tocket generate now automatically saves the payload to .tocket/last-payload.xml
• tocket doctor checks for last payload existence and staleness
• New XML parser utility (src/utils/xml.ts) — zero new dependencies
• Dashboard menu includes both new commands
• 248 tests, 60 suites (up from 208/55)
