Fix posix_spawnp error by using absolute path to nu executable

- Added fs module import to check for nu executable existence
- Check common Homebrew locations for nu binary before spawning
- Use absolute path when available instead of relying on PATH resolution
- Fallback to 'nu' command if no absolute path found
- Bump version to 0.0.11
