Stremio V5 direct stream compatibility update.

Changes:

  • Simplifies debrid direct streams to URL-only Stremio stream objects.
  • Removes torrent-only fields from direct streams, including infoHash, fileIdx, and sources.
  • Removes description from direct streams to avoid Stremio V5 rejecting the stream list.
  • Adds sanitized stream summary logging for debugging installed configs without exposing debrid keys.
