2.104.1

This release fixes --venv-repository to ignore uv-specific .dist-info metadata files. This
fixes PEX builds from uv venvs to be reproducible when they should be. For --rc builds, pexrc
is upgraded to 0.37.1 to pick up the equivalent fix in pexrc.
