The exact format of the panel-footer widget id now allows for multiple copies of a widget on the dashboard, so it has a "copy number" in it. The id value for this panel is set in $widget_panel_footer_id by index.php before including the widget, so use that var like other base widgets do.

@phil-davis just to make it easier to maintain, can you do a change that check pfSense version and work both on 2.3 and 2.4? |

The id for the settings panel-footer changed its format a bit to support multiple copies of a widget on the dashboard.
