Reverts the anchor lookup added in 35: GET /v1/tasks/<guid>/log no longer reads the queue record or result.json per request. Clients pass since themselves; the task page sends enqueued_at or started_at. The root lookup through Loki stays newest-first.

GET /v1/tasks/<guid>/log no longer needs since to stay fast: control anchors the query at the queue record's enqueued_at or, for finished tasks, the wrapper's started_at from result.json. The root lookup through Loki for tasks that left the queue now runs newest-first. The task page sends started_at as since once it has it.

Every queue row in gorn web now opens /tasks/<guid>: the task's command, state, worker endpoint, resources and timeline, with the task's log below, streamed from Loki. The wrapper's own lines appear as stream wrap beside the stdout and stderr records; the page tails every two seconds while the task runs and loads older lines on scroll.

New in gorn control: GET /v1/tasks/<guid>/info (queue record, leader placement and wrapper result in one document) and GET /v1/tasks/<guid>/log?after=|before=&limit=&since= (collector lines paged by cursor). Configure control.loki (base URL) and optionally control.loki_selector (default {service="gorn_task"}). /v1/inflight now reports the endpoint user, port and cpus per running task; older leaders' bare-host answers are still accepted.

gorn wrap rotates the per-endpoint log: when log_path exceeds 64 MiB it is renamed to log_path.1 before the new task starts, keeping one previous generation. Task output is already uploaded to S3 and shipped by the log collector, so nothing is lost.

Move dashboard navigation, queue filters, and connection status into a left sidebar. Render tasks and worker endpoints directly on a flat canvas, with no top bar or rounded containers. Preserve Gorn’s neutral light/dark palette and blue accent.

Running / Waiting filters persist through the existing live queue updates. Full descriptions and timestamps remain available, and connection errors are shown in the page.

Validated with Go tests, go vet, go build, JavaScript syntax checking, and the live lab control API.
