Private keys can now be supplied through mesh run -key-file PATH, independently of the JSON configuration. Supports base64 seeds and OpenSSH Ed25519 private keys, with SSH Ed25519 public identities accepted in the registry. Includes bootstrap and invalid-key e2e tests.

Wire protocol remains mesh/6.
