• Remote Play Settings always show. On a wide window the picture grew taller than the
  screen and Settings opened below it, out of sight, so the button seemed to do nothing. The
  picture now fits the window height and Settings open above it.
• Picture in picture opens in the Mac app. When the app's own picture-in-picture window
  didn't open ("Picture in picture did not open"), it now uses the system's picture in picture
  instead: the picture only, and the controller plays while the app is in front.
