Audit / log producer and consumer

Hello,

In order to be able to track messages, it would be nice if you could log info about the messages published / consumed.

The log should contain
- original amqp message details (headers, body etc)
- amqp return (ack, rej, requeue)
- exception info (if exception during processing)
- ease to turn on/off
- posibility to analise only a queue/producer
