Fast Forward Container v1.7.1 restores API documentation publication to the GitHub Wiki.

  • Generate documentation with the shared dev-tools PHP/Composer actions and publish directly from main.
  • Remove the obsolete Wiki submodule pointer while preserving the Wiki repository and its history.
  • Keep the Wiki renderer's source and Composer metadata on the same pinned revision.
  • Allow the GrumPHP shim required by current dev-tools.

The container API and PHP requirement remain unchanged. This maintenance release addresses #14 through #15.
