Description

Sqlite changed a lot in the last versions.

We create large SQL in a client app, and later don't work with PHP.

We do no longer bundle libsqlite3 as of PHP 7.4.0, and we are not in control of your system's libsqlite3.

My system libsqlite is more modern than the one in PHP.
Perhaps if I compile PHP in my computer, it will use the new version.
But normally we download php, don't compile it.

The SQLite3 extension is enabled by default.

The installation instructions in the manual are usually for those who build their own PHP. We cannot document (or influence) pre-built PHP packages which are shipped by distros etc.
